From our trip to arizona december 2014. while the paddle boats are newer and a different style, this is the same place my father took helen and i paddle boating multiple times as kids.. Enchanted island amusement park is a kiddie amusement park in encanto park in downtown phoenix, arizona. there's a train and a carousel as well as other rides. pedal boats are available to rent at the encanto park lake, but they are not part of the amusement park. directions to the enchanted island amusement park at encanto park. from. Pedal boats & canoes. travel through the park's exotic lagoon surrounded by trees, plants & trails. 1/2 hour or one hour rentals available. lagoon filled with ducks, fish & other wildlife..
