Paddle boat tragedy! today i went to the julia davis paddle boat rental shop and as i was waiting for my boat to arrive, the owner/operator of the paddle boat shop had her dog off its leash and instructed the dog towards a mother goose and her babies in a "sick them" fashion.. When you think of julia davis park, there are probably plenty of other things that come to mind before you think of paddle boating. there is, of course, zoo boise, which garners a lot of attention, and for good reason..
